These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application that connects Squarespace with iDevAffiliate (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The App facilitates technical integration between your Squarespace site and iDevAffiliate (for example, OAuth connection and webhook-based event handling). The App does not replace Squarespace’s or iDevAffiliate’s own terms, policies, or support.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the authority to bind the Squarespace site and affiliate program you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials and for activity that occurs under connected integrations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third parties, or use the integration in violation of applicable law, Squarespace’s policies, or your iDevAffiliate agreement.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the App. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the App by disconnecting it in Squarespace and revoking access as applicable. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or continued use poses risk.
